Shipping + Handling Costs


Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal online ordering system.

Cheque or Money Order payments are also accepted. To order, email us at orders@kobblestone.ca. Cheques must be cleared before shipping. Please be sure to include your telephone number in case we have difficulty getting through to your email.

Currency:
All advertised prices are in U.S. dollars.

Mailing Costs:

Please note that some mailing costs may vary from what is posted on the check out form. It is impossible to predict what every combination of orders will actually cost, therefore we have put an estimated dollar amount. The actual cost may be slightly less or more. If there is a variance of more than $1.00 either way, we will advise you my email.

In the case of smaller items such as windows and doors and other small items, or when ordering multiple orders, the combined price may indicate that the shipping cost is higher when in fact because these items are so small, the actual mailing cost may be less.

Postage rates are based on size and weight of the box and therefore we have found that in some cases it will cost less if larger orders are sent in two or more packages. Once orders are made up we will find the most cost effective way to ship your packages to you and advise you in advance.

Shipping:

Canadian & US orders - are normally sent via Canada Post. We can also ship through FedEx, UPS or Purolator at an additional cost if specifically requested. Items 1kg or lighter are shipped as a small packet by Air and take approximately 4-6 days from the date we ship them out. Orders over 1kg are sent by Expediated Parcel by surface and take approximately 6-10 days from the date we ship them.

International Orders - Please contact us directly for a quote on shipping. The rates will vary depending upon products ordered (weight) and destination Country. Because our products are very lightweight the shipping costs are quite reasonable. Items are sent via surface mail. Please allow at least 6 weeks for delivery from the date that we ship out your order unless you request that it be sent via airmail.

We will need your full name and shipping address to process your order. We also require a telephone number for international orders, as most Countries now require a valid phone number to pass a package through Customs.

 

Delivery Schedule:
Your delivery time will depend upon the method of shipping (see above). Orders will be shipped from our location within 10 business days or less after payment clearance. If there are inventory shortages or back orders, we will email you and explain the situation.

Insurance:
Insurance for lost or damaged items during shipping is included in the shipping & handling charge to a maximum of $100.00. (Items less than $100.00 will be insured at the value of the product). Additional insurance is available if requested, at the Customer's own expense. Kobblestone Miniatures will not be responsible for replacement costs or reimbursement above the maximum of $100.00 Insurance.
